Douglas P. Cassino
*RETIRED
Douglas P. Cassino was a founding lawyer of Cassino Coulston and Gallagher, where he built a distinguished legal career. Over the course of 50 years, Doug practiced in the areas of Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Corporate Law.

As of January 1, 2025, Doug has retired from active practice, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and integrity. His practice has been confidently entrusted to Steve Nicholson, who is committed to upholding the same high standard of service and care.
Mark Coulston
Scott Gallagher
Scott obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1986 from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Bar in 1988. With over 35 years of litigation experience, Scott is a highly regarded lawyer known for expertise in civil, family, and estate litigation. He has represented a broad range of clients in both complex and high-stakes cases.
Scott has extensive trial experience in the Superior Court of Justice and has represented clients at each of the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Throughout his career Scott has been a trusted advisor and tenacious advocate with a deep commitment to the ethical practice of law.
Scott proudly holds both his Canadian and Irish citizenship.
Erin Buchner
Erin obtained her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2010 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2011. Since then, she has exclusively practiced labour and employment law, developing an in-depth knowledge of employees’ rights and remedies.
Erin provides thoughtful and practical advice to clients in a manner that recognizes that the employees she works with are often in the midst of difficult or transitional periods in their careers.
Erin aims to achieve resolution through negotiation, but is ready to litigate employee claims to ensure fair results for her clients.
She represents clients in a variety of workplace matters by:
